Terms & Conditions
By registering for any of our events, you agree to the following terms:
- Full Payment Required: Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Partial or incomplete payments will not be accepted. Registration will only be confirmed after successful payment.
- Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or absence, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Goodie Bag & Food Coupon Policy: Each registered participant is entitled to one (1) goodie bag and one (1) food coupon, regardless of the number of events they participate in.
- No Substitutions Allowed: Registration is non-transferable. Substitution of participants is strictly prohibited.
- Discipline & Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow the rules and regulations set forth by the organizers.
- Changes to Event Details: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, rules, venues, or any other aspect of the event. Participants will be notified of any such changes in advance when possible.
- Student ID Requirement: All participants must carry a valid student ID card and present it upon request at the registration desk or event venues.
- Agreement to Terms: By registering, participants agree to abide by all the above terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines set by the event organizers.
