About the Event
CennoGIS is a geospatial intelligence challenge where participants dive into the world of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to tackle pressing real-world issues. CennoGIS is a individual geospatial intelligence challenge where teams of two dive into the world of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to tackle pressing real-world issues. This years case focuses on a scenario that is all too familiar across South-East Asia-flood risk and disaster resilience. Participants will work with spatial datasets to analyze flood-prone zones, assess vulnerability in communities, propose mitigation strategies, and visualize emergency response plans using GIS tools.
